Jasper National Park is the largest of the Canadian Rocky Mountain Parks, covering more than 11,000 km² or 68,000 mi². It is home to the headwaters of the Athabasca River, the glaciers of the Columbia Icefield, and numerous mountains, lakes, streams, and springs.
